    When turning on water pipes make noise
    Very loud noise when turn water on can't turn faucet pass cold and noise start feel like the pipe might be shaking behind the wall,also unable to use hot water in sink ,like faucet struck

    Is it Tub / Shower faucet of Sink faucet ? In any case, there is something loose in your plumbing system. Most likely, it is a loose washer or seat inside your Shower / Tub faucet. Also, and in the same bathroom, I would Close and Open both Hot and Cold angle stop valves under the Sink and also under your Toilet as these valves often create this pipe rattling sound.
