    Loreal hair color
    Had light reddish brown color on hair. Very faded. Haven't colored in 2 months. Wanted to lighten a little. Used Loreal Preference LB01 and it didn't do anything! No lightening at all. What went wrong?

    Red is very hard to cover, even if it's faded. It could be because of the previous red.
