    Honda 4514 Won't Start
The mower is getting gas and fire, plugs are wet with gas but won't start, checked compression it was 80 pounds, not sure what the compression is suppose to be? I have tried starting fluid, doesn't help. Does anyone know what the problem might be??

Did you change the spark plug? It may be fouling under compression.
