    Living kidney donor
I donated a kidney in Feb and all went well but for the last month I have been getting small red welts on my thighs, torso, and upper arms. My surgeon hasn't been answering my calls or emails and I was wondering if this could be an allergic reaction to the clamps?

This isn't something that can be answered by strangers over the internet. You will have to actually make an appointment with your doctor to get a proper diagnosis.

I understand and thank you for your time. I have an appointment to see a new doctor in two weeks. I'm just wondering if there's a possibility it's an allergy?

Without knowing you complete and entire medical history it is impossible for us to answer that question. I am the only nurse on the site and there are no doctors. You will have to see your doctor in 2 weeks for a proper diagnosis.
