    I got an underage I'm on probation, will my po find out
    I'm on probation and my court date for the termination of my probation is on Monday, and I got an underage a week ago. Is my po going to find out ? Should I tell her myself ?

    Your PO will run your record before you are discharged.

    Yes, it will show up.

    Yes, you are supposed to report any/all legal problems.

    Did you violate? AgaIn, yes.

    Lying or withholding information from any authority is never, ever a good idea. If you tell her you can attempt to explain.

    If she finds out some other way any chance you have of explaining is gone.
