My ceiling fan is now making clicking noises during rotation. Is there something I can do? It worked beautifully for years.

    Maybe contact them directly?

A clicking noise can be so many things, it would be impossible to pin point without seeing it.

May I ask how you came to think this site is Hampton Bay customer service?
We have had a lot of folks thinking it is. I am just curious as to why.

Good afternoon and welcome to this forum.

Turn the fan and light off. Using your hand, slowly rotate the fan blades and see if you can pinpoint where the click is coming from.

Most often, it is a screw working its way loose and intermittently bouncing up against the housing.

With the fan running push the fan body back and forth. If the noise goes away, shut the fan off, drop the ceiling canopy, lift the fan body just enough to be able to spray WD 40 or other lubricant on the ball mount. If the noise continues, check fan blade tightness .
