    1994 s10 all lights work but the running lights and plate lights
    We fixed the ground wire but still not working. Help

    The license plate ligh and the running lights are on the same circuit. There is a fuse in the fuse block for "parking" lights. Should be a 10 or 15 amp fuse.

    Test all under dash and under hood fuses with a test light or multimeter.
