Kitchen light fixture is leaking water
My toilet upstairs over flowed and water started pouring out of the light fixture in the kitchen. I know to shut off the power to the kitchen but what else do I do, I'm lost. Can someone help please?

Once everything is dried out, fans help, you should be able to turn back on, replace fixture if needed. Remove bulb and check socket, verify dry.
I actually seen an intact lightbulb, almost full of water, it appeared sealed and unbroken, strange?

First thing to do is to clear the blockage in the toilet or drain, that's what caused the initial issue. Depending on how long the cavity between the ceiling and the floor stays wet you may need to open and replace part of the ceiling to avoid mildew
