    Until now has she visited you in the US or have you visited her in Ghana?

    Have you seen her legal documents - birth certificate and such?

    Now I'm confused - I asked if you've seen her legal documents. You said yes. Now you are saying now.

    Step #1 is to ask her to send you a COPY of legal documents. Do this before you send her any money.

    She does NOT need money to obtain a visa. You can take care of all of those expenses.

    You might want to check this site's missing person thread. Several people have been scammed by women in Ghana.

    It would be a regular visa. There are no categories - other than working.

    I posted the costs and paperwork.
