    We tried to conect to water line under mobile home with pvc but mobile is not pvc
    We tried to tie in the water line on our mobile home witch is at the hot water heater we got 1/2 inch pvc but its not pvc we went to home depot and someone helped us there he called the pipe something and gave us some fitting and we had to get some pipe to make it work but it keeps blowing apart and we don't know what the pipe is under the mobile home but the pvc glue will not hold it

    Bring the pipe in question over to a local plumbing supply store and explain your issue. They should be able to advise you properly!

    No way for us to tell. Many MH's had Polybutylene piping, grey in color, not glued. It could be PEX which is not glued. If it is glued, and on a hot water side, most likely CPVC, cream in color. We are only guessing here!!

    The experts gave you good advice, You MUST use the same type of pipe and fittings. It sounds like you've mismatched the two pipes. Take a piece of the old pipe in and match it up. Good luck, To
