    110 watt light works when 220 watt dryer comes on
    Ceiling bulb only work when electric dryer is turned on

    Ceiling fixture is using one leg of the dryer line to power up. This is illegal and dangerous.

    Trace out the line to ceiling light and disconnect it . Rewire from a 110 circuit.
