I changed from my lifestyle over the past four months. About a month ago I started to drink an average of 24 ounces of soda a day instead of the regulary 32 ounces of regular soda a day. I have over the last four months started eating much less meat and more vegetables. The last two weeks I have noted darkened yellow urine which is not normal. I have lost about 20 pounds over the past four months and have not pains except for at times (about four times a week) in my left testicle. The pain comes sharp and then goes to a dull, finally leaving. The lasting time is about three minutes and I am 43 and take no medications. What could be my issues?
