    Agriculture farm land with buildings--is the land with the buildings assessed separate from the farmable land?

    Often the house and a certain amount of land are one assessment, and the tillable lands another, and the outbuildings another, and untillable land not around the house another, but it totally depends on where you live. Go to the town or see if they have assessments online. If it is, each type will be on separate lines.
