    Probation and left the state to move to another w/o permission
    My son left the state of PA while on a probation violation. He is moving to another state, AK.
    Will he be sent back?
    Will he be able to get a job?
    Can he get a drivers license here?
    Can he just do his probation here?

    Hello mom:

    He COULD have done his probation there if he asked for a transfer.. Yes, they'll send him back. He has a warrant for his arrest.. I wouldn't try to get a drivers license, and I wouldn't try to get a job..
