Pain in lower left abdomain, thigh and leg
I am experiencing pain in my lower left abdomain, leg and thigh for the past 2 months
The pain gets worse during my periods. So bad that I can hardly stand.
    Panadine Forte only helps.
Got my ultra sound done last month and everything came clear.
    I am not constipated.
The G.P says its normal period pain.
I don't know what to do.

Welcome to the world of pain of 'unknown etiology' that so many women experience.
The ultrasound should have shown conditions such as cysts, fibroids, and tipped uterus, but doesn't necessarily notice everything. There's also the possibility that you have a pinched nerve that is unrelated to reproductive organs, but which hurts during your periods because of the tendency to swell up with water. That's what I went through for many years. The source of the pain was my sacral nerve, which wraps around from the back to the front (Not one single MD diagnosed it; a chiropractor did, even though I had no pain in my back and all of it was abdomen and leg). But mine hurt more from activity than from periods, although I did hurt more then. All it takes is one little nerve to hurt, and there are countless nerves. It just isn't going to be easy to locate.
I'm not sure I like the idea of a doctor who says pain this bad is 'just normal period pain.' Please find a good GYN and bring the ultrasound with you or have another one.

I think it's a good idea to see a Gyn.
Thank you so much for your advise
