    Replaced toilet flange
Question toilet upstairs cut off flange and replaced it with 3 inch drop in flange
Since I changed it every time I flush it it is backing up and leaking between the drop in flange and the 4 inch drain

    Hi Plumber3158

We need to know EXACTLY which drop in flange as they make so many different types nowadays...

Need to know the pipe material and why did you use a 3" drop in flange when you have a 4" pipe?

    Back to you...

Hi Plumber and welcome to The Plumbing Page at ANHD.com. Did you have a problem with backups before you changed the flange? Back to you, Tom
