My dad passed away in Dec 12 in his will he had named my aunt the Executrix he also stated that she serve without bond which he did used to trust 12 years ago but after her & my oldest brother put him in nurseing home which he really hated so my sister & myself & middle brother took care of him until he passed away. She has already put will into probate . So now Myself and my other four siblings are dealing with a aunt who only comunicates with the oldest brother, whom is greedy and wants all my dads stuff for nothing but wants the other four of us to buy our own dads personal property, which the oldest brother has already giving all my dads guns away to the 2 other brothers & all the boys "grandsons of my dads" before the will was ever public to the rest of us . The will planly states split all his personal objects five ways & to share and share alike , which there are five children but only the oldest one is updated on what's going on. I know this sounds out there but it is really going on Any help or info will be appreciated or maybe even on Kentucky law on this . Thanks Letha {email removed}

You have to go to the probate court and request an immediate accounting of the estate.
