    Wella hair coloring question
    What happens if I don't use enough developer with Wella hair coloring? Directions said mix 1part hair color to 2 parts developer and I mixed them equal parts.

    Specific instructions, or you won't get the colour you bought. Now you have it mixed and have had it sitting waiting for an answer here you can't use it.
