There must be something about piano teachers. Mine refused to let me improvise. I had to play the piece exactly as it was written with no variations. I HATED all the classical stuff he gave me to learn. I wanted to play fun stuff and goof around with it. At home when I practiced, I got the same message.
If you take good care of the reeds and don't break/drop them they will last for yeard

    When does the pain start..
Sadly, I am a cutter. I have tried to stop and succeeded for a maximum of a week. But today, the deepest out of hundreds of cuts in a few months bled for an hour, made me feel like I was going to vomit out whatever's life inside of me, yet I felt no pain whatsoever. It was about two centimeters deep, and it was about 12 hours ago and it has not even stung. My question is.. why doesn't it hurt when the other cuts were so much more painful?

Sounds like you have nerve damage from cutting. See the above link for more information.

There's no way for me to tell you. I'm not a doctor, I don't know how deeply you cut, I can't even say for sure that it's nerve damage, it just sounds like that's what's happened. If it is, it will depend on how badly the nerve has been damaged. You may need surgery, you may need therapy, or there may be no way to repair the damage. Either way, you need to see a doctor immediately.

Does how deep it is matter in the situation?

When I was about your age, I lived in Taylorsville. Ever hear of it? I was born in Kinston. I loved to go to the mountains, to Grandfather Mountain and walk on the swinging bridge.

Not really. Nerves can be cut with shallow wounds too.

The fact that you're not feeling any pain from the cut is the concern here. You need to see a doctor. If this is nerve damage, and it is treatable, the sooner a doctor sees it, the better your chances of full recovery. Did you read the link I posted?

I'm afraid of heights too, and then it would sway slightly and get scary, like we were all going to fall and be killed. I'd walk in the middle so I couldn't see the gorge below.
