Installed new AquaSource faucet(#873-4604) and once the House water was turned back on, I couldn't turn the water off at the Faucet.I tried taking apart the Cartridge and saw nothing wrong? The part that is really puzzling is that the handle only makes about a quarter turn from Hot to Cold, making it seem that this handle shoudn't turn off the water-only adjust the temp?

I have an AquaSource shower kit #873-4604. The on-off handle comes off in my hand and I can't figure out what part is missing. Is there a screw that goes in on the outside where there is a hole, and if so what size? Also when holding the handle in my hand, I can see a long screw inside the main...
