    Bed Frame Rails Hardware
    Hi can you make a twin bed into a queen, with some hardware?

    They make rails that are adjustable. The problem comes in if you have a headboard / footboard. You can't change the size of those. A decent set of rails usually isn't very expensive. You might want to look at that option first.

    Goodwill has tons of them for $15-20. Now worth trying to modify.
