I have pin stripes going across my 3d led hdtv panasonic When I asked a technician she said try resetting it.how do I do that?

Panasonics are reset in either two ways. First would be to disconnect the power cable from the wall for about 10 minutes. A lot of their plasmas were this way. The other thing you could do is hit the menu button on your remote and select picture. Inside of that picture menu, you should be able to select reset. If there isn't a reset selection there, it may be under that main menu from when the menu button was pushed. Hope this helps.
