    Restitution
    Court ordered a date on when I have to pay my restitution which is 180.00, I have no had the chance to pay it so they reopened a court date will they put me in jail and is that probation violation?

    They can... and they should... You were told to pay that money as part of your probationan you didn't. It wasn't suggested... it wasn't recommended... you were specifically TOLD you WILL do it by a certain date and you blew it off.

    You could have borrowed $180 from someone to pay it. It was most definitely a probation violation.
