    Car repossesion if you are delinquent on a mortgage
    Can a credit union repossess a car that you have financed with them if you are delinquent on a mortgage with them? Does the cross collateral clause apply to mortgage loans and auto loans?

    It might... everything depends on the actual wording of those loans.
