The only way to know is to take a test using first morning urine.

Normally at only 11 days late you would not really be having "signs" the first sign is almost always just the missed period.

You can try a test now, use first urine of the morning, 2 week late is a better time, so if you test now and it is negative, do another test in about 5 days.
