I figured asking is the best solution so I don't panic about vomiting or being sick in any way.
I have a watery mouth, everyday, no stomach pain or nausea at all.
Just a watery mouth, some drainage in my throat... really thick and it tastes terrible, everything I blow my nose its chucky pieces of blood not too normal for me considering this is the first time its all happened.

How do I make the mouth watering stop, do you know why its watering in the first place?

Your brain determines how much saliva is produced. Smells of food when you are hungry produce a lot, as might a feeling that you are about to vomit; fear and thirst dry it up. It's possible that all the mucous in your nose is just pressing on a nerve that has to do with saliva production. Seeing how long this lasts is key. You could just have a viral sinus infection, or a virus can last long enough to let in bacteria that your body is too weak to fight, and it turns into a bacterial infection. That means taking antibiotics. If it lasts more than a month, it's probably bacterial.
Thick mucous tastes terrible because it's been sitting there too long. You need to drink and drink and drink to thin the mucous and get it out faster. Staying well hydrated is also needed to get better all the way around, for all your cells. Stay warm and rested and drink broth, weak tea, watered down juices, and water. Make sure the air in your house isn't too dry, and get a humidifier if it is.
