How big an area? How dirty? What does '641 soft of surface' mean?

(Oh, you wrote SOFT, but I should have known)

So about 22 x 30.. If your sealer requires coming back hours or a day later for the second coat, I would charge $275 + the cost of the sealer. I bought a very expensive sealer and prices vary a lot.

Are you a contractor? Or have been doing this for a while.
I just retired and I was blessed by being a self doer and I'm getting a lot of jobs, but I think I'm leaving a lot of money on the table by not knowing the industry's prices.
Granted I have nothing but time, it depends how much I want.
    Give me your comments.
    Thanks
