    Episiotomy scar
I delivered my 5th child 13 months ago and just recently (2 days) have noticed a raised bump (tag) on my episiotomy scar. It is inflamed, tender and itchy. I am in mild discomfort.

Go back to the doctor - you could have an infection, or it may be nothing that will go away with time. Either way they can intervene if needed, and ease your mind and advise how to get some relief with the discomfort while it continues healing.
