You first need to learn the definition of a regular hexagon.

A regular hexagon has 6 sides. Each side is 16.5 metres, which makes a total of 6 times 16.5 metres, equalling 99 metres.

Fencing costs $6.05 times 99-2 metres (you subtract the length of the gate) which is $6.05 times 97 metres. That equals $586.85.

Now, add this price to the gate price which is $30.86.

$586.85 plus $30.86 equals a total cost of $617.71, that is excluding the sales tax.

In regards of the sales tax, you find 7% of everything you bought and add it to your cost, as below:

Tax on the fence = 7% of $586.85
    = $41.0795

Tax on the gate = 7% of $30.86
    = $2.1602

    The total tax costs $43.2397

Now, add this to the cost:
    $43.2397 plus $617.71 equals $660.9497, which is approximately $660.95.

I think I'm correct, and I hope this helps.
