    Health Insurance
This situation is very puzzling to me . Church member is very poor. Has preexisting conditions too. She has Cano which has Dental, Medical, Chiropractor and Vision Center. You get to see a qualified doctor, who can give you a blood test, x-rays and dispense prescriptions at $4.00 each. But you must pay for everything a good blood test cost about $200.00, they let you make payments if needed. It does not cover hospital or surgery. You pay $30.00 a month. She said it is better than nothing. Would this qualified as being insurance in regards to Obamacare?

It would be nice if she could get just hospital and surgery policy. But that is doubtful

No this is not insurance, the plan has to be licensed by the states insurance department.
This is a cost savings plan only
