    Should you keep Learning/Playing Piano if you have strong Carpel TunnelSyndrome?
    It's so strong so if I practice enough.. then at nights I can't move my hands and thgey're all numb and weird.

    That has happened a lot. Then if I don't play, I feel better.

    But still now I even get tingling and weakness during the day from years of computer and piano.

    Should I give up the piano?

    He can't say nothing because I can't go to the dr. I don't have money.
    But I have gone before and they tried and I've tried braces etc. I also understand they have surgery but I'm not a surgery man nor do I have money. I guess I can keep playing but don't play much.

    There are issues in your life that will be interrupted if you DON'T have the surgery, other then not being able to play the piano. Is it in both hands?

    The surgery is minimal and non-invasive and heals in about 3 to 4 weeks.

    You get the problem treated, You learn to not do things with your hands, start practicing turning the TV on with your nose or toes. And stop doing most things with your hands due to pain.

    Are you a concert pianist, or do you just play for pleasure, not for income?

    If you simply play for pleasure, but it's causing you issues, issues you're not willing to fix, then stop playing. If you're a great concert pianist that makes a living by playing, then you may want to save up for the surgery.
