    Signs of depression in young adults?
    I feel like I have been going through some deep depression these past few years.. never 100% happy.. some signs?

    Never being happy is a pretty clear sign, if you ask me.

    For starters you could take an online depression screening. There are lots out there; here's one.

    Whether you meet the criteria for clinical depression or not, if you're unhappy and can't figure out how to fix it, you should seek help. If for some reason you're not able to talk with your parents about meeting with a therapist, I would bet that your school - the nurse or social worker - would have resources.
