    I'm not sure what the problem is, but this site is not affiliated with any lighting manufacturers or retailers. It is simply a question and answer site.

    Also, your replies are 3-4 minutes apart. How fast did you expect someone to reply on a message board?
    I think you are under a very bad misconception about what sites like this are.
