    How to replace a rotary switch
    I have a floor lamp with 3 bulbs all the same watts. I have a 2 wire rotary canapy switch. I need to know where to put the 2 wires from the switch please. All hot wires are tired together and same for neutral wires.

    Most likely the black cable from the switch will be connected to the three black light wires, and the white from the switch connected to the three white wires.
