Coleman furnace 3400a816 runs constantly
My Coleman furnace won't kick on by itself I have to flip the switch to on and put the heating element breaker in to turn then it runs constantly until I pull the breaker and flip the switch again. Ive already replaced the thermostat.

We have a Coleman 3400a816 electric furnace. Only one or two of the three elements are working.Do these elements need to be replaced of are there other things that could cause this problem?
