    Where do the documents go?
I use gmail.com and today my friend sent me an attachment. I clicked at DOWNLOAD. I clicked twice, but nothing sort of appeared on the screen which asks me about where to save the matter. Now what should I do to get the ATTACHMENTS my friend have sent. They are required very necessarily.

Please help me. It is a grave matter.

Try 'right' clicking on the attachment and then save it to desktop

If your using a Fire Fox browser click Tools > Downloads or CTRL+J. From there you could see if you have downloaded the attached file of your friend. If you see it just right click and open containing folder. It will open you a folder where you could find the download attachment of your friend.
