    Writ of attachment
If my bank receives a writ of attachment on my account, How many times can the creditor exercise that writ. Just one time, or can they continue to take money from my account?

I believe it depends on the rules for the particular jurisdiction.

It depends on the jurisdiction and the wording of the writ. The writ could specify a one time levy or it could be reusable.
