    Have a Motorola Android cell phone I brought from the USA, can I charge it with the 220v system?

    This is really a question about the charger for the phone, not the phone itself. Most modern chargers are compatible with both 110 at 60 Hz and 220 at 50 Hz. To be sure take a look at the label on the charger - if it says something like "Input: 100- 240V, 50/60 Hz" you're good to go.
