Whirlpool Stylemaster 4214164
My Whirlpool Stylemaster 4214164, top loading washer started banging as it went into rinse. I opened it and the clothes seemed knotted on the agitator. The tub had drained but the clothes were sopping wet. I moved the agitator, it seems to be moving freely in 2 pieces, top and bottom. The tub also seems to move very freely towards the cabinet sides. I am thinking washer dogs.

I took off the front of my whirlpool washer and un plug the door switch with out un plugin the washer form wall and now nothing works at all please help me
