    My jack russell will not pee outside
    I have adopted a JR (puppy) the little guy will not go outside to do his business. He does go on newspaper though. I take him for a walk everyday at the same time and it thinks it's a play time. He just will not go outside for no reason. Any ideas or reason? I need help

    The dog experts come and go, so please check back for some great responses and helps/

    Do you have a potty word? Do you take him for walks after he eats/at certain regular times each day?
