    State taxes
    I will be applying for ITIN number by the end of this week and my spouse will file taxes using 1040EZ. Do I need to apply for an extension for state tax returns. Also what form should I use to file state tax return. I am based in GA.

    If you have a refund coming from GA, no extension is needed.
