    Send her a certified letter to the home giving her thirty days to vacate. Call the magistrate in your town to walk u through how to handle evicting her!

    ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

    The general process is to give a notice to vacate, usually 30 days, then follow it up by going to court for an eviction order.
