As a project, haseeb wants to make a linear collage of photos of his friends. He creates a template with 20 spaces in a row. If haseeb has 5 identical photos of each of 4 friends, in how many ways can he make his collage?

AMHD doesn't do homework. You would learn nothing if you merely copied the answer.

Post your answer, your formula, and someone will come along to look at it.

Have you ever solved a problem like this before?

Do you have this question too? --

Malik wants to skateboard over to visit his friend Gord who lives six blocks away. Gord's house is two blocks west and four blocks north of Malik's house. Each time Malik goes over, he likes to take a different route. How many different routes are there for Malik if he only travels west or north?

I didn't see it but thank you for cutting and pasting - have to wonder what it takes to get suspended from AMHD.

Sorry, the teacher in me wants to come out! I can't let something like that pass by without an admonishment. Maybe we should start a forum for bad mannered kiddos, and we can all try to teach proper behavior?

I find the mouths on these kids to be shocking - imagine what they are like in person?

It is vivid evidence of the entitlement gene that is now running through the generations.

The reason I stopped teaching high school a while back. A conference with parents, if they showed up, did nothing.

And this explains how kids even if they do make it to graduation.. can barely read, or do basic math... because they cheated their way through school (and likely cheated on their tests) rather than actually learn the material despite the efforts of the teachers.

Yes, I have done this kind of problem, I find this quite easy to do, but just the question that I asked, I think the answer at the back of my text book is wrong then.

Why are you asking us and not your tutor? (Are we better looking?)
