My father, David Colton, who was British/Canadian had an affair while working in Dallas, Texas 1969- 1971 approximately. A boy was born during that time and may have been named Christopher. How would I go about looking for him?

I would need more info - what last name was the boy given, using? Your father's? His mother's? That should be on any Court Orders.

When was the last time your father had knowledge of the child's whereabouts?

Was the child adopted, stayed with the mother, something else? Was your father ever asked to sign adoption papers?

I'm not on a quest for interesting info, but I need this info in order to locate someone.

I find a number of "Christopher Coltons," several of them the right age - but I would need more info to "zero in."
