What is that movie called?
I saw it when I was younger. It had to do with a group of people in the woods near a cave and I guess they took something from that cave and it awakened something that starts to kill them. I don't think they can see it but I remember at the end of the movie a guy returned it and he appeared near a girl with markings on his face.
