    File a Freedom of Information request with the FBI. I don't know if that will work, but it's worth a try.

    You can go to a local police station and ask for a copy of your NCIC report, there may be a few dollar charge but it is not much.

    Absolutley not that is obsured it is totally against the law my uncles a cop and I can't even get mind the best thing to do is forget about it!!

    I don't know what you are talking about waiting mother, it is not against the law, it is against the law for your uncle to run your report without permission or a reason. But either the city or the county police station will have a form to fill out, ( it is what is used for any job criminal background check)

    We did them every day in Georgia for people and Ihave had to get mine several times for job interviews.

    In TN you can even get your own from the TBI ( Tennesse Bureau of Investigation) online.
