    Stealth Setting In Yahoo Messenger
    How can I know if my contact has used his stealth setting upon me? In other words how can I find out if my contact is really online, although he appears to be offline to me.

    Sometimes you can check your email box. Look for their id in your address book. If they are online the icon will be yellow instead of grey. Hope this helps.

    Open the Instant Message window for your friend who seems offline. If he is online and used his stealth setting upon you, the below message will not appear.


    FRIEND :appears to be offline and will receive your messages after signing in. You can also send a message to FRIEND's mobile device.

    The purpose of the Stealth setting is privacy. If it was easy to get past that setting, then why bother using it. If your contact wants to use it that is THEIR prerogative and you shouldn't be trying to violate their privacy.
