    How I can concentrate on studies?
    I am literature student. I am good in studies but last few months I am not concentating on my studies... whenever I open the book.. an accident which happened to me about 2 years before in which some one tourchered me ; and I was unable to tell any thing to my parents... now when I am growing up I am thinking that what I have done... espaciallly during my studies... this embarrassment only comes to me when I am studying... PLZ help me how I can forget it and concentrate.

    It sounds like something you did and hid from others is causing you to worry.
    Why not tell everyone the truth, get it out in the open. After you are honest and not hiding secrets, you mind will be clearer
