    Ask bankruptcy questions
    I have accumulated credit card and personal loan debts that total around $30,000 with interest.These were created by my loss of job,can I file Chapter 7 on my own,without my husband.

    You can file individually BUT you must list anything held jointly - property, autos, bank accounts.
