    Workers' Comp.
Who's responsibility is it to look into a workers' compensation case that is taking to long? The provider or the patient?

The patient if you ever expect to get anything... Do you have a lawyer yet? You effectively HAVE to have one for these because they fight them tooth and nail to avoid paying. They will go out of their way to screw you if you don't have representation.

Yes I'm dealing with that right now on multiple issues and multiple suits.

The provider will often try to put it off as long as they can. Some cases take years to finally settle.

The patient ( and the patients attorney) are the ones that have to look into it and try to move it along
